International FMCG company is looking for a candidate to take on the role of: Marketing manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing brand strategy development and implementation, including E-commerce brand strategy, brand growth strategy and deliver power positive growth
- Brand building: total audit of brand health for major brands, renovation brand positioning for #1 strategic brand followed by relaunch, portfolio revision
- Portfolio management via brands mix, categories mix, product mix & tail optimization to respond to all consumer needs and preferences
- Developing Design 4 Channel strategy by pillars: innovation & portfolio, marketing plans
- Media strategy pitch and agency briefing for annual plans across all channels with precise KPIs
- Monthly brand performance review and application into actions to drive further brand growth
- Lead agenda from total category for hard discounters differentiated assortment creation and NPD launch
- Future portfolio creation and price pack architecture development
- Innovation pipeline creation for 12Q according to both Global recommendation and local insights
- Quarter engagement plan creation and briefing whole team for upcoming activities
- Data driven marketing for brand realization: precision marketing, full funnel campaigns and performance marketing
- Special projects in PR and TV sponsorship end-to-end leadership
- Competitors deep analysis and action plan design in response of them
- Budget management across all activities and monthly target compliance
- Full promo budget operating and control, promo approval according to guidelines, creating promo guidelines & ROI target compliance
- Long term plans category creation & translation to sales team execution tasks
Requirements:
- Higher education (marketing is a plus)
- Relevant and successful experience (3 years min) in multinational FMCG companies
- Successful launch of NPD and ATL and BTL projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience of local content creation and agencies' management
- Strong Excel & Power Point knowledge
