Responsibilities:
Direct KPI management (CRRR & repair results, diagnostics, component repair);
Support for authorized service centers (Q&A, email, chat);
Authorization of RMA processes;
Conducting technical training for authorized service centers (new models, service bulletins);
Quality control (issue collection, cooperation with headquarters);
Investigation of product liability case reasons and support for other departments (VOC, warehouse, logistics).
Requirements:
University degree, preferably in a technical field;
Engineering experience with digital appliances;
Experience in conducting trainings;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English;
Advanced skills in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
