Position Key Goal.
Support the growth of the digital asset payment solutions (e.g. Binance PAY) and OTC Desk (facilitates digital asset-to-fiat trades for institutional and SMB clients), by assisting in client acquisition, onboarding and integration processes, and day-to-day relationship management. Aiming to grow from Junior Associate to Sales Manager by making full use of the company's support and career development resources.
Key business processes.
Support the sales cycle by assisting in prospect identification, preparing client-facing materials, participating in meetings, and helping drive deal closure. Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing client retention.
Job Functions.
Sales Assistance: Assist in researching potential clients—international SMBs and enterprise-level merchants with strong online operations.
Sales Operations & Execution: Support the drafting of customized offers and coordinate communication between clients and internal departments. Participate in meetings and contribute to deal closure.
Product Familiarization & Market Monitoring: Stay current on digital asset payment trends and institutional crypto processing. Share relevant insights with the senior team to support product and sales strategy.
Onboarding & Compliance Liaison: Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure smooth onboarding, successful integration, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Required experience and background.
1–3 years in a sales support, business development, or operations support role in financial services, fintech, digital assets exchange or payment service provider.
Willingness and intention to learn and grow in order to build a successful career in fintech.
Interest in crypto and blockchain technologies; basic understanding of digital asset trading or payment processing is a plus.
Eagerness to learn technical aspects of payment integrations and digital asset payments product workflows.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (or relevant experience would be considered an advantage).
Familiarity with platforms like Binance and understanding of the Binance Pay payment method or similar will be given strong consideration.
Fluent in English, with advanced written and verbal communication skills (at a minimum, B2 (upper-intermediate) proficiency is required, whereas C1 (advanced) level is preferred).
