Chief Accountant

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Chief Accountant to lead financial operations for our UAE group (5 entities). This is a key role ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE tax laws, optimizing accounting processes, and supporting audits. Perfect for a detail- oriented accountant who thrives in a dynamic international environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Process and control all accounting transactions (1C).
• Develop accounting methodologies and ensure IFRS/UAE tax compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and align company operations.
• Review contracts (suppliers/customers) and support audits.
• Optimize ERP systems and chart of accounts.
• Manage bank relations and financial documentation.

We’re Looking For:

• Education: Degree in Finance/Economics (ACCA/CPA is a plus).
• Experience: at least 1+ year in UAE accounting/tax.
• Skills: Advanced 1C and Excel; fluent Russian and intermediate English.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solver, adaptable, and able to work independently.
