What you’ll do:

• Analyze in-game economies and player behavior to optimize monetization strategies and revenue based on insights

• Ownership of monetization features: develop, implement, and optimize both new and existing monetization features

• Collaborate with the development team to integrate monetization elements seamlessly into game mechanics

• Identify and monitor KPIs related to in-game economies and recommend adjustments as needed

• Summarize economic insights and propose new solutions through comprehensive reports and presentations

• Stay updated on industry trends: keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in game monetization

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• In-depth understanding of PvP game monetization: сommercial experience in game projects within this sector

• Gaming experience in PvP genres such as CCG, Battlers, Auto-Chess, MOBA, etc (eg, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars, Magic: The Gathering, AFK Arena)

• Understanding of game theory and behavioral economics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in Unity with configurations

• Experience in Git with commits and merge requests

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work with data and experience with tools such as Excel or Google Spreadsheets

• Capacity to generate innovative ideas and tackle unconventional challenges
