We develop a high-performance call center with a full range of omnichannel features and capabilities based on machine learning. We have integrations with messaging applications and platforms (whatsapp, viber, etc.), with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc), speech recognition, summarization, and more. Our infrastructure is located in Europe, Singapore, USA, and our engineering team has 40+ engineers.
Now we’re looking for a manual QA engineer to join our QA team and take ownership of testing key features across web, voice, and backend. You’ll be hands-on in making sure the product works as expected - and stays that way as it evolves.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases, plans, and checklists.
- Perform manual testing of web and backend features (UI & API).
- Test complex features and ensure cross-module logic works.
- Run regression tests post-updates.
- Clarify requirements early, report bugs in Jira with logs/steps.
- Collaborate with developers via GitLab and issue tracking.
- Use TestRail for test case management and coverage tracking.
- Monitor Sentry for production issues and follow up.
- Contribute to Confluence documentation and E2E test reviews.
- Join sprint/release planning, give feedback, and flag risks.
Requirements:

2+ years in manual QA with strong knowledge of testing techniques.

Familiar with REST APIs, HTTP basics, and web app architecture.

Can write basic SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, filters).

Understanding of how web apps work — client-server, front to back.

Independent, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.

Clear communicator of issues, risks, and progress.

Curious and eager to grow, especially toward test automation.
Nice to have:
- Experience with messaging/chat systems or CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with test management tools (like TestRail) and bug trackers (like Jira).
- Some Java or test automation knowledge.
- Technical background (CS degree or similar — nice, but not required.
