Receive calls and process incoming online requests from customers.
Conduct a dialogue with customers in accordance with the Standards of Dialogue and Sales Rules.
Provide all necessary information to clients about the company's tariffs, services, procedures and promotions (according to the current information on the company's website).
To sell the company's services (diagnostics, estimates).
To process requests from clients for the company's services.
Enter information about each new customer into the company's CRM system and manage the current list of customers in CRM.
Work with customer complaints and suggestions, and pass them on to relevant colleagues.
Receive calls from technicians, carry out their orders and wishes.
Call technicians, give instructions and suggestions.
Requirements
English from B2
Experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage
Work experience in a call center will be an advantage.
The ability to solve problems and find an approach to clients.
Ability to work effectively in multitasking mode.
Customer orientation, kindness and patience.

Remote position
The salary during the probation period will be starting from $800. Any potential increase can be discussed afterward
