Call Center Agent (Night Shifts)

Responsibilities

  • Receive calls and process incoming online requests from customers.
  • Conduct a dialogue with customers in accordance with the Standards of Dialogue and Sales Rules.
  • Provide all necessary information to clients about the company's tariffs, services, procedures and promotions (according to the current information on the company's website).
  • To sell the company's services (diagnostics, estimates).
  • To process requests from clients for the company's services.
  • Enter information about each new customer into the company's CRM system and manage the current list of customers in CRM.
  • Work with customer complaints and suggestions, and pass them on to relevant colleagues.
  • Receive calls from technicians, carry out their orders and wishes.
  • Call technicians, give instructions and suggestions.

Requirements

  • English from B2
  • Experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage
  • Work experience in a call center will be an advantage.
  • The ability to solve problems and find an approach to clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in multitasking mode.
  • Customer orientation, kindness and patience.

Conditions

  • Remote position
  • The salary during the probation period will be starting from $800. Any potential increase can be discussed afterward
  • Working hours from 4 pm till 12 am (New York time)
