QA Team Lead

We are currently looking for a QA Team Lead. Our diverse product portfolio allows us to meet the preferences of QA specialists, create development opportunities for them, and add variety to their work.

What you will do:

• Manage a team of 2–4 people
• Plan testing providing the necessary quality level
• Design tests
• Estimate testing effort
• Manage the testing documentation
• Run tests (functional, interface, usability, localization, etc.)
• Ensure product readiness for release and take ownership of the released product quality
• Prepare test summary reports

What you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in QA
• Experience in planning tests for releases and estimation of tasks
• Experience in task distribution and control
• Skills in designing tests using test design techniques
• Expertise in client-server architecture, HTTP structure, sniffers, API tests, server upgrade testing
• Solid knowledge of iOS and/or Android platforms, including guides, application structure, and life cycle
• Ability to come to the point, attention to detail, self-reliance, and good analytical skills
