Digital Marketing Specialist – AI SaaS

We’re looking for a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our AI SaaS team. If you have a passion for AI, technology, and digital marketing, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, this role is for you. You’ll be working from our central Minsk office, collaborating with a small, friendly team where English will be the main language of communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee and coordinate the marketing efforts for three separate AI SaaS products.

• Launch and Manage Marketing Campaigns: Take full ownership of marketing campaigns from scratch, managing them from the ground up.

• LinkedIn Advertising: Manage LinkedIn Ads, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget optimization.

• SEO Strategy: Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy.

• Content Marketing: Create high-quality marketing content for blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, and social media.

• Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.

• Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar to track campaign performance and optimize ROI.

• Growth Hacking: Identify new growth channels, optimize conversion rates, and A/B test digital campaigns.

• Event Marketing: Plan and promote virtual webinars, conferences, and industry events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with influencers, industry partners, and media outlets.

• Brand Management: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

• Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.

• Excellent copywriting skills with a portfolio of work.

• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills.

• Fluency in English is essential.
