Our marketing team is looking for a skilled candidate to manage user acquisition via Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing search and display traffic for agency web projects in Google Ads, as well as mobile traffic in UAC; working with app, web, and web2app funnels to drive mobile product growth.
Building a semantic core and configuring keywords for ad campaigns.
Regular monitoring and optimization of advertising campaign metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and ROI, along with other key performance indicators.
Preparing creative assets and developing technical specifications for the design team.
Contributing to search traffic purchasing strategies for agency clients within project groups.
Preparing reports and working with tracking and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio).
Candidate Requirements:
Work experience in purchasing on Google Ads (Search / GDN / Demand Gen / UAC) for over 1 year.
Experience in building a semantic core for search campaigns (experience with tools like Google Ads Keyword Planner, Semrush, etc. is required).
Experience managing budgets of $100k+ per month, with a focus on international markets and Tier 1 countries.
General knowledge of advertising algorithms and channel attribution principles.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Google Analytics (GA) and end-to-end analytics.
Will Be a Plus:
Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion event setup on websites, and GA integration with ad platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with Google DV360, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Twitter Ads is a competitive advantage.
English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
