Social Media Producer

About Us:
We are a fast-growing digital agency based in Dubai, specializing in creating impactful content and digital strategies for leading regional and international brands. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Producer to join our team for part time work and bring innovative content ideas to life — with a strong focus on clients from the financial and cryptocurrency sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, produce, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with client strategies and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers to ensure seamless content production.
• Manage shoots, both in-studio and on-location, overseeing the entire production process.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure content relevance and engagement.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand business goals and translate them into engaging content.
• Monitor content performance and optimize future productions based on analytics and insights.
• Ensure all produced content meets quality standards, deadlines, and platform specifications.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Producer or in a similar content production role within an agency or media company.
• Proven experience working with clients from the financial sector and/or cryptocurrency companies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in managing photo/video shoots and working with production teams.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and basic editing software is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Based in Dubai or open to remote work with occasional business trips.
• Experience in producing content for top-tier brands and complex projects in finance, fintech, or crypto industries is highly preferred
