• Responsible for delivering long-term competitive advantages to achieve maximum value for money for direct and indirect buying. Leverages external capabilities, optimizes and protects the supply chain and ensures responsible and continuous supply of materials and services. Engages and collaborates with key business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-end commercial processes for Business Services category across theCEA region (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Georgia, and Azerbaijan)
• Contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Spearheaded the tendering process, preparing RFPs, evaluating supplierresponses, and selecting the best candidates through transparent andcompetitive procedures.
• Market research to understand regional supplier landscapes, pricing trends,and service capabilities, ensuring optimal sourcing strategies for eachcountry.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align commercial activities withorganizational goals and ensure smooth execution of contracts.
• Developed and maintained strong supplier relationships, monitored performance, and ensured SLAs and KPIs were met.

Skill Profile

• Excellent communication skills, inc. good command of English & Russian
• 3 and more years of relevant experience in commercial, procurement.
• Advanced level of skills in process management.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing without authority skills, customer centric, a good team player.
