Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for managing dealers (turnover, gross margin) whose core specialization is direct sales within the assigned territorial area
- Support and development of dealers that have direct sales structures within the assigned territory
- Direct (personal) cooperation with the top 5% of professional end-users within the area of responsibility (major clients and key projects)
- Analysis and management of key professional users and projects (data collection and systematization, establishing direct contact, capacity assessment, demand analysis, project management, infrastructure organization, database updates, application and equipment fleet analysis, etc.)
- Organization of training for direct sales staff (coaching, joint visits, direct sales methodology)
- Collection of information about competitors, market trends, needs of key professional consumers, required solutions, application areas, and development of measures to increase market share
- Implementation of centralized marketing activities among key professional end-users
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant position in Central Asia region
- Independent in conducting commercial presentations
- High sales and negotiation skills
- Readiness for business trips
- Strong goal and target orientation
- Knowledge and experience in Construction will be assessed as advantage
- Driving license, category B
- Fluent English and Russian language
