Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of overseas IT systems (SAP, DMS, CRM, APP, official website, etc.) to ensure the stable operation of the system;
- Conduct regular evaluation of system performance, propose optimization suggestions and implement improvement measures;
- Write and update operation and maintenance documents, record system changes and fault handling process;
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that business needs are met in a timely manner;
- Pay attention to the new technology and new trends in the IT industry, continue to learn and improve their skills
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in computer and other related majors, with more than 4 years’ experience in IT system products, projects or operation and maintenance;
- With good problem analysis and solution ability, can quickly locate and solve system failures;
- With good communication skills and team spirit, able to adapt to overseas working environment;
- Excellent Chinese, English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to smoothly communicate and cooperate with colleagues in subsidiaries and China headquarters.
- Need to have good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
- with cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, APP, C-end system, B-end system and other fields of product, project, operation and maintenance experience;
- Hold relevant certification certificates, such as RHCE, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, etc.
Work Conditions:
- Work schedule: 5/2 from 9:00-18:00
