Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Lead Analyst to join our fast-paced e-commerce marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources—including paid advertising, organic traffic, email campaigns, and customer behavior—to uncover actionable insights that drive growth. This role is central to our data-driven approach and will guide decision-making across marketing channels and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Web & Traffic Analytics:
Analyze traffic patterns and customer behavior across Bloomex’s e-commerce platforms, identifying trends and performance drivers across paid, organic, email, referral, and direct channels.
Campaign Performance Analysis:
Evaluate the performance of paid ads (Google, Meta), SEO efforts, and email campaigns to determine ROI, conversion efficiency, and areas for optimization.
Attribution & Funnel Insights:
Implement and refine multi-touch attribution models to better understand how customers move through the funnel and which touchpoints contribute to conversions.
Website Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze site performance metrics such as bounce rate, session duration, page speed, and conversion funnels to optimize the customer journey.
Product Performance Analysis:
Track product-level performance including views, clicks, conversions, and revenue contribution to guide inventory, merchandising, and marketing decisions.
Reporting & Insights:
Build dashboards and deliver regular reports summarizing performance across all channels. Translate data into actionable insights for campaign and business strategy.
Strategic Recommendations:
Deliver actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with paid ads, SEO, content, and email teams to provide strategic insights that influence campaign design and content planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
5+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably within e-commerce or performance marketing environments
Deep expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and UTM strategy
Strong knowledge of paid media, email, and SEO analytics with the ability to connect data across channels
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel) and data visualization platforms
Familiarity with attribution modeling and eCommerce KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, AOV, CLTV, and conversion rate
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively
Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or similar tools is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities
