Business Analyst [Senior]

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for gathering and translating business needs into clear technical and functional requirements, improving business processes, and supporting the development of scalable business models across B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.

Requirement Analysis and Documentation:
- Understand and analyze customer requirements and other data/information to narrate functional and technical requirements.
- Document technical requirements and create necessary documentation.

Process and System Improvement:
- Analyze current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement (as-is/to-be) and suggesting enhancements.

Market and Competitor Research:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies and identify opportunities.

Business Model Development:
- Develop and refine business models, focusing on profitability and scalability for various markets (B2B, B2C, B2G).

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Work closely with the engineering team and product owners to ensure successful implementation of requirements.

- Functional requirements, user stories, use cases
- BPMN/CJM/UML
- Understanding of the principles and stages of software development, knowledge of modern development methodologies
- Market Analysis (TAM/SAM/SOM)
- Understanding of integration processes

- Fluent English

- Software: Confluence, Jira, Miro, Figma, MS Office
