The Role

We're growing our design game and looking for a Design Team Lead to be at the heart of Foursets' creative team. You'll work closely with our web, brand, motion designers, and illustrators, helping everyone collaborate smoothly and making sure we ship beautifully designed websites that we’re all proud of.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Supervise the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Take a place in company operations such as pre-sale, design resource management, and creative leadership.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with client objectives.
• Work closely with developers, marketers, project managers, and clients to create cohesive design concepts and prototypes.
• Be a design advocate. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our agency's portfolio and service offerings.
• Allocate design resources effectively, manage people's workload, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.

Our Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in web and graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an agency setting. Alternatively, we're open to considering Senior Designers who are ready to step into a leadership role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; understanding of marketing positioning, responsive design, and CRO.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level); ability to present and defend design concepts and strategies to team members and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving design challenges.

It's Nice If You Have

• Experience with Webflow or other web development platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
• Familiarity with modern 3D software such as Spline or Blender.
• Understanding of the modern tech stack of digital designers.
