The IT company Andersen invites a QA Automation Engineer (Java) to join its team for working with our German partners.
The customer is a leading financial partner for automotive brands, providing innovative financial services to support sustainable mobility. It operates in 35 countries with around 4,000 employees, offering a range of financing and services tailored to individual, corporate, and dealership needs. The organization is committed to enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the international expansion of its partner brands.
The project involves testing systems and interfaces for providing loans, leasing, and other services to automotive dealerships.
Technological stack on the project: Jira, Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Oracle SQL Developer, Gradle, Postman, SQL, CryptoPro, BDD.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with developers to understand the application architecture and design, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Engaging actively in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Participating in business process optimization.
- Developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing coverage of all features and functionalities.
- Identifying and fixing issues in existing automated test scripts to ensure they remain functional.
- Designing and implementing automated test scripts for various test scenarios.
- Conducting thorough regression testing.
- Performing acceptance testing.
- Reporting bugs and validating defects.
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on the quality status of the project.
Must-haves:
- Experience as a QA Automation Engineer (Java) for 3+ years.
- Proficient in Java.
- Experience working with REST APIs and writing automated tests.
- Familiar with Selenium for UI testing, TestNG for tests, Maven for build automation, and Allure for reporting.
- Experience with Jenkins and understanding of build and test automation processes.
- Knowledge of JMeter for performance testing.
- Jira for task management, Jira XRay for test management.
- Basic knowledge of Kafka.
- Experience in manual testing, creating and automating test case.
- Experience in creating test documentation (test cases, checklists), drafting test plans, and producing test reports.
- Ability to maintain and update existing tests and regression suites.
- Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
