Responsibilities
Full-cycle bookkeeping and processing of accounting documents
Issuing and posting sales and purchase invoices, payments, and bank transactions
Reconciliation of purchases, sales, and payments
Preparing cash flow statements and payment proposals
Payroll processing, including taxes and social contributions, and filing with NRA
Maintaining accounts receivable/payable reports
Updating vendor and customer data in ERP
VAT and tax return preparation and submission
Preparing statistical and regulatory reports (BNB, DIND, etc.)
Internal and external operational/ad hoc reporting
Reconciling accounting with sales data from Salesforce CRM
Monthly and annual closings; submitting reports to group and authorities
Communication with auditors and group controlling
Requirements
Degree in Accounting
Knowledge of Kazakh tax/accounting legislation, IAS, and IFRS
Good English (spoken and written)
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
ERP experience is a plus
3–5 years in a similar role, preferably in an international company
