Owner Operator Truck Driver Recruiter Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES. The Employee shall be given the job title of ___ Owner Operator

Truck Driver Recruiter Specialist___, which shall involve:

● Maintain a team of Driver Recruiters to meet driver hiring requirements.

● Train the recruiting team to follow qualifying requirements for driver hiring guidelines.

● Warm and Cold calling to drivers (60-100 calls per day)

● Posting job ads in different platforms

● Manage driver application process to ensure compliant and complete driver applications.

● Work closely with the supervisor to provide the necessary resources to achieve defined hiring goals.

● Work closely with recruiters and other departments to make sure drivers are moved efficiently through the hiring process.

● Establish relevant recruiting goals through daily and weekly reporting and ensure the recruiting team is meeting hiring targets.

● Establish departmental recruiting metrics that align with fleet expansion goals.

● Responsible for creating and managing budgets for driver recruiting and marketing programs and initiatives.

● Play an instrumental role in building a bonus program.

● Spearhead major marketing initiatives and campaigns targeting new driver recruits.

● Expand social media efforts to attract driver candidates.

● Truck marketing data and compile reports for senior management.
