Founded in 2017 in New York, the company has expanded its presence with offices in Los Angeles, Florida, and Texas. As a nationwide company, we serve clients across America, offering our signature glass products and services to diverse markets.

We are expanding our team and actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join us.

Responsibilities

• Attracting candidates for Middle Level client-faced positions positions
• Crafting candidate profiles effectively
• Leveraging specialized sources to build candidate pipelines
• Employing diverse recruitment methods tailored to the respective level of personnel
• Guiding candidates through the hiring funnel with care
• Meeting vacancy closure deadlines
• Initiating search processes promptly
• Creating job protocols, test assignments, and criteria for probationary period completion

Requirements

• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze hiring data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Experience working with client-faced roles: sales executives, account managers, business development managers, customer support etc
• Fluent English (C1)
• Organized, results-oriented, works with urgency
• Relevant full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience in international companies or agencies is a plus
• Relevant work experience of active recruitment for at least 3 years
