Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Local Hunter Manager to join our team and expand our partner network across French-speaking countries in Africa. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting local partners in the iGaming industry. Your core goal will be to bring new affiliates and agents on board and ensure they reach their first 10 FTDs (First-Time Deposits).
Key Responsibilities:
Actively search for and recruit new local partners and agents in African markets.
Conduct initial outreach and negotiations to onboard partners.
Support new partners through their first milestones, especially until they achieve their first 10 FTDs.
Maintain constant communication and offer guidance to ensure long-term cooperation.
Requirements:
Native-level French and B2+ English proficiency (mandatory). Russian is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the iGaming / Gambling industry.
Solid knowledge of affiliate marketing models (especially Revenue Share).
Proven experience in cold outreach, partner acquisition, and sales negotiations.
Background in recruiting agents (mobile cashiers) in African countries is a strong advantage.
Deep understanding of doing business in countries such as: Benin, Burkina Faso, Gabon, Guinea, DR Congo, Cameroon, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo, Chad, Central African Republic.
Strong organizational, communication, and result-driven mindset.
