Responsibilities:

• Leading together with Senior Brand Managers brands Calgon, Dosia, Woolite.
• Brand Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Market Analysis: Analyze brand performance, identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand growth (based on Nielsen Retail Audit, GFK HH panel, Brand Heath Tracking, ad-hocs)
• Product Development: Supporting the execution of product relaunches and line extensions, including involvement in concept development and market testing.
• Package Development: Managing pack/design development and updates
• Creative materials Development: Contenting the brand's website with creative materials and engaging articles about the products, developing and updating product cards for e-com
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with NPI, sales, supply chain, and other departments to ensure alignment on brand initiatives and to monitor performance metrics.
• Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and managing the brand budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for marketing activities.
• Reporting: Prepare presentation materials and reports on brand performance, research findings, and competitive analysis for internal stakeholders.

Professional qualifications, skills and competencies:

• The job holder should have minimum 1 years’ experience of FMCG marketing. The job holder must have recognized achievements in brand marketing, client/agency organization and company representation with experience in managing significant marketing expenditures.
• The complexities and demands of working with many diverse markets require strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent spoken and clear written English language is required.
• Strong planning and coordinating skills to ensure projects remain on target within the required timescale.
• The job holder should be an enthusiastic, determined and positive individual, with superior level of dedication, self-motivation and discipline. He/she should continuously demonstrate ability and readiness to take full responsibility for his/her actions or decisions.
