Обязанности:

• ​​​​​​Create and maintain required centralized analytics to address opportunities:
• Market performance (value, volume sales, SOM change, etc.).
• Competitive analysis across NRM levers.
• Support development of Revenue Management strategy for cross-category projects:

Cross channel / account strategies and tactics.

• Drive transparency and visibility of business performance:

Maintain monthly performance and management business reviews.

• Drive additional insights for business growth and efficiency by leveraging existing data systems.
• Contribute to revenue management capability build programs supporting Dairy strategy and aspiration plan.
• Support training materials development and roll-out to the broader organization to improve RGM understanding and capability.
• Support further simplification and centralization in Dairy RGM.
• Build business partnership and drive collaboration within Dairy RGM and broader organization.
• Ad-hoc requests.

• Higher education / degree in Marketing, Finance
• High degree of numeracy
• Experience in Sales Finance, Insights, Marketing or Strategic Consulting
• Excellent combination of strategic, communication and analytical skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of finance, insights, statistics
• Commercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable)
• English - Intermediate level
• Advanced excel
