Project Manager

GP Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager

Project:

Unified back-end solution for API integration of travel suppliers for a booking platform (aсcomodation, activities, transfers, car rent).

Team:

PO, PM/BA, PM (you), 13 Developers, 2QA/Support

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development;
• Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices;
• Advanced English level - both written and spoken;
• Proven experience managing development teams (10-15 people);
• Proficiency with JIRA and project management tools;
• Experience in requirements management and technical documentation;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Self-organized with excellent time management capabilities.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with API integration projects and client-server architecture;
• Technical background;
• Travel experience in any role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Product Development team of 13-15 members;
• Conduct day-to-day project coordination, planning, and implementation;
• Develop a roadmap for the product portfolio;
• Manage project scope, timeline, resources, and budget;
• Team management, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and team motivation;
• Collaborate with customers and vendors through effective communication and negotiation;
• Prepare comprehensive status reports for clients and management.
• Track project metrics and present results to key stakeholders;
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies;
• Set up project infrastructure and processes to maximize team efficiency;
• Remove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity.
