Salesforce Developer

Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Salesforce Developer to work on a large-scale project for one of our customers from the USA.

The customer is dedicated to developing healthcare technologies aimed at improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), as well as those who care for them. The company successfully completed an audit and received SOC II certification, demonstrating a high level of information security and control.

The project is aimed at simplifying and automating the processing of incoming requests for sales departments of healthcare companies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Developing and maintaining applications specific to healthcare needs within the Salesforce platform.
• Creating and managing portals for providers to bid hours on mental health cases.
• Ensuring the portal is user-friendly and meets the needs of both providers and case managers.
• Integrating Java applications within Salesforce to support clinical case management processes.
• Developing and managing queue items and triggers to automate processes and improve system efficiency.

Must-haves:

• Experience with Salesforce development for 3+ years.
• Proficiency in Apex development and Salesforce customization.
• Familiarity with Java integration within Salesforce.
• Experience with databases.
• Experience with Boomi for middleware solutions.
• Knowledge of API management and integration with external systems.
• Queue items and triggers experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in Healthcare.
• Experience with React for developing embedded applications.
