Export Business Team Assistant (O/S Position)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Export sales business of all products
- Sell-in & Sell-out management on M+3 basis visibility
- PSI management on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly base
- Stock management (WOS-4, WOS+8) on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly base
- Payment plan management based on supply and FCST
- In-store activities inside sales channels and co-operating with marketing department (TVCF, digital, SNS, outdoor etc.)
- Market analysis, forecasting of seasonality and trends
- Supply chain management (customer->factory->customer)
- Communication with customers, factories, SCM, HQ, agencies and related departments about production, shipment, custom clearance and transport documents.
- Market and competitors analysis of product, price, placement and promo activities
- Development, execution and support of new product introduction
- Legal documents implementation (agreements, contracts, authorizations)
- GTM support and communication (flooring, display, merchandisers, promoters)
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Language and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Logistics
- Work experience in sales, logistics, procurement for 1-3 years
- English language advanced
Professional Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Well communicator with strong negotiations skills
- Proven analytical and planning skills
- Proactive, result-oriented, disciplined, able to meet deadlines
