We’re looking for an energetic and resourceful Sourcer-Recruiter to help us grow presence in one of the key markets: Tier 1/2/3 You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across multiple functions — from affiliate managers and customer support to marketing, product, and operations roles — all while understanding the nuances and cultural dynamics of each market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and engage candidates through social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, local job boards, forums, communities, etc.)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles in the iGaming industry (affiliate managers, retention/CRM, marketing, VIP managers, support, etc.)
- Use your deep market understanding to tailor sourcing strategies for one of the specific markets: Vietnam/Turkey/ Philippines.
- Identify where local candidates “live” online and creatively tap into those channels.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on talent availability.
- Manage outreach campaigns and initial candidate screening.
- Track metrics, optimize outreach effectiveness, and adapt sourcing strategies as markets evolve.
- Stay current on local employment trends, salary benchmarks, and cultural sensitivities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in fast-paced industries (tech, iGaming, digital marketing, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the target markets — Vietnam, Turkey, or the Philippines (bonus if you know all three)
- Creative sourcing skills and ability to dig deep beyond LinkedIn (Telegram groups, Discord, local job platforms, Facebook groups, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Turkish, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is a plus)
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and curiosity about people
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
Nice to Have:
- Background in recruiting for iGaming or affiliate marketing roles
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools ( Zoho Recruitment Preferrable.)
- Previous work in remote or multicultural environments
