Local Hunter Manager

Responsibilities:

• Active mass search for new local partners.
• Conducting initial negotiations and onboarding partners.
• Supporting partners until they achieve their first 10 FTDs.

Requirements:

• Native-level English + a minimal knowledge of Russian (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming / Gambling industry.
• Experience working with different affiliate marketing models (RS is preferred).
• Experience in cold outreach and acquisition of partners/players.
• Experience in recruiting agents (mobile cashiers) in African countries.
• Strong sales and initial negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the specifics of doing business in African countries, as well as having resources or methods for finding local partners
• Proactivity and strong result-oriented mindset.
