Job Purpose:
As a Sales Coordinator at ASBIS, the candidate will grow the business by managing vendor relations, orders, logistics, marketing, stock, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive initiatives to expand the market presence and increase sales.
Maintain effective communication with vendors (Razor, Deepcool, CANYON, Prestigio, ASBIS Private labels) to ensure smooth operations.
Manage the ordering process to ensure timely procurement of products.
Monitor and optimize logistics to ensure efficient delivery and inventory management.
Provide regular updates and reports to vendors regarding sales performance and inventory status.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
Implement strategies to minimize old stock and improve inventory turnover.
Plan and run promotional campaigns to boost sales and attract new customers.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics sector.
Fluency in both English and Russian to effectively communicate with vendors and stakeholders.
Proficient in Excel
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and coordinate marketing efforts.
Ability to analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to make informed decisions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle order placement, logistics oversight, and promotional campaigns.
Understanding of marketing strategies and techniques to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
Ability to develop strategies for reducing old stock and improving inventory turnover.
Familiarity with sales and inventory management software.
