INKOMPASS is a global internship program by Philip Morris International that enables you to discover yourself by working in a creative, dynamic, and culturally diverse environment. This is a paid internship based in Philip Morris Kazakhstan’s Almaty/Otegen Batyra office.

When you intern with us, you will be given an opportunity to:

Who can apply? We are looking for graduates who are:

•  Undergraduate or graduate students, graduating in 2025
•  Proficient in English

Assessment Center and Dates:

•  We will be hosting a Virtual Assessment Center on June 30th this year
•  The internship will be in-person in Philip Morris Kazakhstan's Almaty/Otegen Batyra office from August 1st, 2025
