Компания Тур Оператор на Мальдивах набирает в команду специалиста : Маркетинг Менеджер.
(minimum contract duration - 2 years, renewable if both parties agree)
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business growth objectives in the Russian market and CIS.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Create and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and drive profitability.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to understand their needs, provide support, and upsell services.
3. Partnership Development:
- Identify and collaborate with potential partners, such as travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients, to expand the company's reach.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and sustainable business relationships.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of DMC Lets Go Maldives' products and services, including travel packages, tours, and accommodations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to ensure a competitive edge.
5. Sales and Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase the company's offerings and generate leads.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
7. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Male team to ensure seamless operations, excellent customer service, and a cohesive approach to achieving objectives.
8. Fam trips
- Arrangement and coordination

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in business development and sales, particularly within the travel industry.
- Strong network of contacts in Russia travel market is highly advantageous.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Maldives' travel market and destinations is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Russian is required, and additional languages are beneficial.
