Financial Analyst (Financial Planning and Analysis)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
• Support reconciliation and other ongoing processes related to financial reports
• Improve and automate existing reports/processes
• Create Excel and Power BI-based financial reports
• Provide ad-hoc analytics/reporting/consultations for finance departments
• Interpret financial results and forecasts (profit and loss, variance analysis, impact analysis, trend analysis, benchmarking)
• Present financial results to the Leadership Team monthly

Requirements

• Higher education in economics
• At least 1 year of experience in finance or audit
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including flexibility to use complex formulas, pivot tables, data models, and charts
• Understanding of basic financial reporting and analysis terms
• Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and communication skills
• English level – B2 and higher, both spoken and written

Nice to have

• Experience working with SQL, Power BI, VBA
