Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for Recruitment Speciailist (middle/senior)

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: from gathering requirements to onboarding the candidate.

• Managing multiple job openings simultaneously, including niche and technical positions.

• Conducting interviews in both Russian and English.

• Collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs.

• Writing and posting job descriptions, actively sourcing candidates on various platforms (LinkedIn, HH.KZ, internal databases, etc.).

• Maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting.

• Contributing to the development of the company’s HR brand.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.

• Proven track record of closing positions of varying complexity.

• Confident English skills (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.

• Ability to manage the recruitment process efficiently and experience working with ATS systems.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
