We are looking for Recruitment Speciailist (middle/senior)
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment: from gathering requirements to onboarding the candidate.
Managing multiple job openings simultaneously, including niche and technical positions.
Conducting interviews in both Russian and English.
Collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs.
Writing and posting job descriptions, actively sourcing candidates on various platforms (LinkedIn, HH.KZ, internal databases, etc.).
Maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting.
Contributing to the development of the company’s HR brand.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Proven track record of closing positions of varying complexity.
Confident English skills (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
Ability to manage the recruitment process efficiently and experience working with ATS systems.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
