Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle all incoming warm leads-those routed by our AI Voice Assistant and those reaching out via website forms, ads, or live chat. There is no cold calling. You’ll qualify needs, build rapport, and schedule appointments or demos for our sales team.
