Compensation: $250/month + performance-based bonuses

Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle all incoming warm leads-those routed by our AI Voice Assistant and those reaching out via website forms, ads, or live chat. There is no cold calling. You’ll qualify needs, build rapport, and schedule appointments or demos for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond promptly to every inbound lead via AI-routed calls/chats, website forms, ads, and live web chat
• Follow up with leads at each stage of the qualification process
• Build rapport, uncover prospect needs, and answer product questions
• Schedule appointments or demos
• Log all interactions and update lead statuses in GoHighLevel CRM
• Immediately honor Do-Not-Call/Do-Not-Contact requests

Requirements

• English proficiency at CEFR C1 level or above (speaking & writing)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• No prior CRM experience required - we provide comprehensive GoHighLevel and AI-workflow training
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn
