Backend Developer (.NET Core)

The international IT company Andersen invites an experienced Backend Developer (.NET Core) to work with our customers from Europe.

The customer is a leading global provider of online car rental services, established in 2008. With operations in over 160 countries, the company offers a wide range of vehicles from top rental agencies at competitive prices. The company is dedicated to making the car rental process convenient and transparent for its clients, ensuring reliability and affordability.

The project is the development of an online car booking platform.

Responsibilities:

• Developing a high-quality code ensuring the integration with the insurance company.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
• Working efficiently in a mixed team environment (Andersen team + customer team) under the guidance of the customer’s Lead Backend Developer.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a .NET Developer for 8+ years.
• Strong expertise with .NET Core, .NET 8 and backend development.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, with a good understanding of relational database design and optimization.
• Proficient in using Service Stack and NHibernate.
• Experience with Redis and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with MySQL.
• Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
• Knowledge of Grafana for data visualization and monitoring.
• Experience with Docker for application containerization and deployment.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
