The IT company Andersen invites a Junior Project Manager to work on a large-scale project for one of our customers from Germany.
The customer is a leading furniture and home decor company based in Germany. With over 60 years of experience, the company offers a wide range of high-quality furniture, kitchens, and home accessories. The company operates several large furniture stores and an online shop, providing customers with renowned brands. It is committed to sustainability, incorporating eco-friendly practices in its operations and products.
The project is part of a broader effort to modernize and optimize Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) site, including the development of new features and continuous site support.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining documentation for commercial proposals.
- Conducting planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking across project phases.
- Maintaining consistency and version control for working documents.
- Coordinating Service Transition and new features delivery.
- Tracking open actions and ensuring follow-through with internal stakeholders.
- Assisting with the development and improvement of ITSM and Project Management processes.
Must-haves:
- Experience in project coordination, assistant project management, or similar role in IT for 2+ years.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of project management workflows.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with Salesforce or web-based projects.
- Exposure to presales, RFPs, or bid documentation.
- Knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other PM tools.
