English trainer (teacher)

Our requirements are:

• Bachelor’s degree in English and Education.
• English, Kazakh, and Russian levels: CEFR B2+ (IELTS Band 6) or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Education or related fields.
• Ability to execute lessons with meaning in a fun and engaging manner.
• Ability to conduct student-centered lessons online and offline.
• Owning a laptop or computer with a web camera.
• Computer skills (ZOOM, WhatsApp, Microsoft Office).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders.
• Adaptability.

Our conditions are:

• Competitive salary (up to 6 000 tenge/hour, based on experience).
• Up to 30 hours a week with a flexible timetable.
• Online work (in Almaty and Aktau, may also be offline classes).
• Effective training in how to use the neo+™ app successfully.
• Free use of neo+™ system to reach CEFR Level C2 (IELTS Bands 8-9).

Regarding interviews and work start:

• All applicants’ English levels will be tested within the neo+™ app: please make sure you have a strong internet connection on your mobile phone.
• Interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held by the General Director and by the Head Trainer of the neo+™ system.
• Suitable candidates will be asked to start 1st June and will be paid during training.
• Candidates are contracted to provide services based on being registered as an “IP”.
• Contracts are for an initial 4-month probation period followed by 12-month work periods.
