We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role will focus on providing operational support, driving process improvements, and ensuring effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a blend of analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for accounts, including organizing required meetings, preparing meeting notes, and managing meeting agendas
- Manage contract preparation and oversee contract review workflows by submitting documents to appropriate organizations (legal, finance, delivery) and monitoring status to meet deadlines
- Maintain and promote compliance within Business Unit accounts
- Perform PnL modeling for non-complex contract price or rate calculations
- Prepare materials for governance reviews, focusing on service levels, SLAs, KPIs, and risk exposure
- Develop and manage stakeholder reports to support decision-making by defining content, implementing efficient data collection, ensuring data quality, and identifying key factors and metrics
- Monitor account margin performance through forecast reviews, factor analysis, and understanding all margin-related impacts
- Address ad-hoc tasks assigned by Account, Project, or Delivery Managers and clients related to account operations
Requirements:
- Advanced level of spoken and written English
- Understanding of how commercial models operate, including staff augmentation, fixed price, flex pool, and managed capacity
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills to effectively interact with internal and external partners
- Quick learner with demonstrated initiative
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks and handle multitasking efficiently
- Strong analytical skills to process and evaluate large volumes of data
- Positive interpersonal qualities, such as proactivity, diligence, and accuracy
- Strong emotional resilience and stability under pressure
- Focused on achieving results by understanding tasks, identifying solutions, exploring alternatives, and delivering with the highest quality
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
- Background in organizational or relevant business roles
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
