According to the company’s new product launch plan and timeline, develop and execute promotional campaigns. Create product promotion strategies and implement them in terminal markets while collecting and analyzing market feedback to drive sales and visibility.
In line with the annual activity plan, focus on the follow-up and tracking of three major campaigns. Regularly provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review reports. Continuously improve implementation strategies based on performance analysis to ensure effective and sustainable activities.
Based on the company’s annual marketing training plan, compile and share best market practices, training manuals, and knowledge materials. Organize online and offline training sessions for internal team members and distributors to enhance operational capabilities and sales effectiveness.
Design various visual material templates to meet brand, product, and store requirements. Build a content and material library to support terminal marketing activities.
Assist in translation tasks to support internal and external communication, including but not limited to documents, training materials, and on-site interpretation during events or meetings.
Requirements:
Fluent in Russian and Chinese for effective communication.
