FPA Specialist (Financial Planning & Analysis)

An FPA Analyst plays a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and investor relations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strategic insights for shareholders, management, and the Board.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or Big Four (Valuation, M&A, Due Diligence).
• Experience in fintech/IT is an advantage.
• Financial modeling skills are a big plus.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (BS, P&L, Cash Flow) and core finance/accounting concepts.
• Knowledge of RAS and IFRS basics, including financial consolidation.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Prepare consolidated Cash Flow statements per company guidelines.
• Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets, prepare quarterly forecasts.
• Conduct monthly financial analysis, monitor budget variances, and track execution.
• Generate ad-hoc reports for Financial Controllers, COO, and Board.

Investor Relations & Business Reporting:

• Prepare structured business updates for shareholders.
• Develop presentations for the Board of Directors, including strategic and financial reports.
• Support company valuation, investor engagement, and financial modeling.
• Analyze market trends and competitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory standards.
