Key responsibilities:
- Carry out general management of the work of the reporting unit, manage employees
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the law in the work of the Company, including, but not limited to, compliance with applicable corporate, labor, environmental, antimonopoly, customs, civil laws.
- Provide and implement timely legal advice to internal divisions, management, management and governing bodies of the Company
- To carry out and control the timely legal examination of documents, decisions and actions of the Company in order to minimize the risks of the Company
- Communicate with external consultants providing legal services to the Company, acting in the interests of the Company.
- Organize and ensure the conduct of corporate work
- Organize and provide advice to employees on legal and compliance issues.
- Lead the work on the analysis and generalization of the results of consideration of claims, court and arbitration cases, as well as the practice of concluding and executing, terminating economic contracts, developing proposals for improving control over compliance with contractual discipline in the supply of products, eliminating identified shortcomings and improving production and economic and financial activities Companies.
- To exercise control over the claim and lawsuit work in the Company
- Acting in the interests of the Company, represent the interests of the Company in relations with all state bodies and local governments
- Take actions necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Company
- Manage the preparation of materials on theft, waste, shortages, violation of applicable law and other offenses, take measures to compensate for losses caused to the Company.
- Prepare legal opinions on proposals to bring Company employees to disciplinary and financial liability.
- Immediately inform the Head, the Company's management bodies about identified and potential problems and issues of the Company, about already filed and potential claims and claims affecting the interests of the Company, violations (identified and potential)
- Ensure compliance with the law in the activities of the Company and protection of its legal interests.
- Control the systematic and timely registration, accounting, storage of contracts, constituent documents, claim and claim documents of the Company, keep a log (register) of their accounting.
- Carry out additional assignments and instructions from senior management related to the activities of the Company.
- Execute work plans approved by the Employer for a specified period of time (week, month, quarter, trimester, semester, year and/or other specified periods).
- Provide reports on the work performed in the form and within the time frame set by the Employer, as well as on individual requests of the Employer ("direct manager/supervisor"), including those sent via corporate e-mail.
Requirements:
- Higher education in legal or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Confident MS Office user
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Uzbek
