We are seeking an experienced PMO to oversee the project management office. The PMO will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of IT and cross-functional projects. This is an opportunity to make an impact by providing strategic direction, fostering collaboration among project teams, and promoting continuous improvement in project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver IT and cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Govern and track IT and cross-functional projects across all phases
- Collaborate with other departments and Leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and tasks
- Assign to team members and track various deliverables
- Conduct project assessments, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend solutions to improve project delivery
- Review requests for technology, assess and analyze demand and impact
- Provide regular reporting on the status of the projects, including risks and dependencies
- Drive IT strategic planning, roadmap and project management progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in project management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Basic understanding of IT service and change management processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools
- Understanding of project management best practices, including risk management, project governance, and quality management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
