Affiliate Manager

Affiliate Hunter Manager (iGaming / Gambling) – Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan or Africa

We are actively looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Hunter Manager to join our growing iGaming business. This role focuses on local market development in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, or Africa (English-speaking countries preferred). If you're passionate about affiliate marketing, have a strong network of local partners, and are ready to build from the ground up — we want to hear from you.
Key Requirements:
Fluency in Uzbek or Kazakh (mandatory), along with Russian. For Africa-focused candidates: English is mandatory, Russian is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming/Gambling industry.
Proven track record in partner acquisition using Revenue Share model.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Established database of local partners (webmasters, affiliates) and knowledge of where and how to find them in the relevant region.
Proactive, independent, and result-oriented personality.
Key Responsibilities:
Mass outreach and active search for new local affiliate partners in the target region.
Conduct initial negotiations, onboard and connect new partners.
Support new affiliates until they generate their first 10 FTDs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality partner experience and conversion rates.
