Investment Associate

As part of our Deal and Relationship Team, you will work closely with senior executives, local and international partners, and government stakeholders to identify, assess, and execute investment opportunities that align with our strategic vision. You’ll gain hands-on experience in M&A, capital raising, and portfolio management — while contributing directly to the country’s economic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify investment opportunities across priority markets.
• Participate in meetings and calls with stakeholders; assist in project scoping.
• Perform internal due diligence and valuations, and prepare reports for Investment Committee and Board of Directors.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating external parties for independent due diligence.
• Develop post-acquisition management strategies and onboarding plans.
• Contribute to the development of department policies and procedures.
• Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA/Master’s/CFA is a strong advantage.

Experience: 4–8 years in finance, with a background in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, market analysis, and asset valuation.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Languages: Fluency in English; strong command of Russian and Uzbek required.

Additional: Experience in CIS markets is a plus. Willingness to travel for business purposes.
