OpiniQ is a dynamic consulting firm specializing in providing professional services across various business sectors. We are currently seeking a BI Analyst to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards based on business needs
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making
• Write, optimize, and review SQL queries to extract data from various sources
• Participate in the design and development of data marts and data models
• Ensure data quality through validation and anomaly analysis
• Collaborate with development teams, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable reports
• Support BI system users and assist in solving analytical tasks
• Prepare presentation materials and visualize analytical insights

• 1–2 years of experience as a BI Analyst
• Confident use of Power BI, including Power Query and DAX
• Ability to write and understand SQL queries (including SELECTs, JOINs, filtering, grouping, and basic window functions)
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Willingness to understand business processes and suggest data-driven solutions
• Attention to detail, systems thinking, and ability to work independently
