FullStack Web Development Team Lead

We’re looking for a FullStack Web Development Team Lead to join our product development team. You'll be responsible for technical decisions, team growth, and code quality at every stage — from architecture to release.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team (planning, supervision, mentoring)

• Participate in architecture, coding, and code reviews

• Set up and maintain development processes (CI/CD, documentation, code quality)

• Collaborate with the product manager on task prioritization, bug tracking, and reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development, 1+ year as a team lead or senior developer

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), understanding of modular architecture

• Confident Git skills and experience working in a team

• Clear documentation and technical communication skills

Will be an asset

• Experience with TypeScript

• Experience optimizing development workflows
