Responsibilities:
· Corporate matters;
· Labor issues;
· Legal compliance;
· Reviewing/preparing/updating contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
· Legal advice on differed issues related to company’s activity (construction field is preferable);
· Working with state authorities and professional organizations;
· Participation in courts of all instances;
· Monitoring and analysis of legislation, drafting opinion on controversial issues of legislation and proposed changes to laws;
· Working with different databases.

Requirements:
· Degree in Law from a leading Kazakhstani or foreign university;
· At least 5 years’ experience;
· Excellent knowledge of KZ legislation: civil, business, corporate, data privacy, private international law; knowledge of international business law is a plus;
· Fluency in English, Kazakh and Russian (both written and oral) is obligatory;
· Understanding of Business ethics principles;
· Experience in FIDIC contracts is an advantage;
· Ability to work with large information scope;
· Good communication skills and attention to details;
· Ability to switch quickly from one assignment to another, multitasking skills;
· Self-motivation and analytical mindset.
