Accounting Specialist in Kokand

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who can handle payment processes and MIS reporting for our organization. English proficiency is mandatory for this position, as the management team consists entirely of foreign employees.

Job Location: Kokand City, Indorama Kokand Textile Company

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.

• Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing processes.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, fund allocations, and banking transactions.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports for management review and decision-making.

• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes with required documentation.

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Work closely with other departments to align financial data with organizational goals.
  
  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA/CMA is a plus).

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software ( 1C, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
