The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Find and engage new leads and talk on potential clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring high service standards.
- Analyze client and partner needs and take appropriate actions based on individual needs.
- Promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Offer business development ideas on market and results development to supervisors
- Stay up to date with the latest company offerings, promotions, and policies, and communicate these effectively to clients and partners
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales; experience in the financial services sector is a strong advantage.
- Native or fluent in Russian and Uzbek, preferably with excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven, dynamic, and proactive.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
